Project"ElastDor" (Elastomeric modifier "ELASTDOR")
Modern safe and high-quality roads require the use of innovative building materials, including polymer modifiers for road bitumen and asphalt concrete.

The project is idissoluble linked with the environmental situation around the world. While scientists are fighting global warming, the road industry is trying to support the development of a green economy. Thus, the program is famous for the use of "green" closed-loop technologies. Cushioned tires are a renewable raw material for the production of elastomer modifiers for bitumen and asphalt concrete, making materials more environmentally friendly.

Technology Description:
The company NEW FULLS (St. Petersburg) has developed an innovative elastomer modifier "ELASTDOR" for petroleum bitumen and asphalt concrete, using rubber powder with fractions less than 0.5 mm as a base, with an active surface of shock-absorbing tires, and according to the developed technology thermochemical devulcanization, volumetric destruction of predominantly sulfur bonds in rubber is carried out with the preservation of 75-85% of the carbon black gel with active valence and ionic bonds, due to which, when combined with hot bitumen, network structures are formed, which ensures high technical characteristics of asphalt concrete.
Modifier "ELASTDOR" is not a rubber powder.
It is a combination of secondary rubber polymers combined with associated carbon and silicic acid fillers, petroleum oils, antioxidants. Modifier "ELASTDOR" and manufacturing technology are protected by patents of the Russian Federation.
Project "UltraDor"
Asphalt concrete modifier "UltraDor" is aimed at solving two global problems::
• disposal of man-made waste of rubber products
• improving the quality of the roadway (increasing service life, reducing rutting, improving traffic safety).
This technology makes it possible to obtain a material with a highly developed specific surface area and nanoscale structures (modifier), which is able to effectively interact with bitumen (a substance used in road construction).

Technology Description:
The initial material in the form of rubber crumb up to 5 mm enters the grinding chamber, the crumb particles are destroyed, and then abraded and deformed. The developed method for obtaining active rubber powder is technically the most advanced in comparison with other currently used methods. The method makes it possible to obtain a material with a highly developed specific surface area and nanoscale structures (modifier), which is able to effectively interact with bitumen.

Project "Recyclizate"
Another program aimed at effective environmental protection. The number of tires in Russia is constantly growing, while recycling standards are not met. Non-recycled tires cause irreparable harm to the environment. The innovative product "Recyclizate" solves the environmental and economic problem of processing rubber waste, creating recyclable materials with a wide range of applications.

"Recyclizate" is a product with an innovative chemical formula and processing that allows you to save rubber from waste rubber and restore it to its original state. This technology is both environmentally friendly and cost-effective, which is the main advantage over other existing technologies. The main input raw material is waste rubber products (RTI) in the form of crumb rubber. The main raw material at the output is a commercial rubber compound (recyclizate) - a raw material for the production of rubber products.
Project development stage
The final product was obtained, industrial implementation was carried out. A business plan has been developed to attract Investors who are interested in replicating highly liquid innovative technologies. At the moment, support measures are being worked out to open and replicate innovative production. Also, a targeted program is being worked out for regions that are open to the introduction of closed-loop technology.
«Synthetic asphaltite"
This project is developed on the basis of the use of synthetic asphaltite. Synthetic asphaltite is identical or even superior to natural analogues in its physical and chemical properties, and is a concentrate of polar polycyclic aromatic resins, asphaltenes and heterocyclic compounds. Asphaltite exhibits modifying efficiency when added to bitumen like natural analogues and increases colloidal stability.
Important advantages of synthetic asphaltite over foreign natural analogues are its low price and lower softening temperature, which is controlled in the production process in the range of 90–130°C, which makes it possible to dose the material directly in the asphalt mixing plant. The unique group and chemical composition of synthetic asphaltite makes it possible to increase the thermal-oxidative stability of base bitumen by more than 1.5 times, which will ultimately lead to an increase in the durability of asphalt concrete.
